Participants will explore examples of feedback and review and refine how this can be uplevelled to be more targeted and aligned to the lesson objectives and success criteria to provide learners with actionable and timely feedback.
Course objectives
- Identify the importance and impact of providing quality feedback to learners.
- Explore the ways in which various policies can be applied to enhance the quality of the feedback we provide.
- Apply the tools, strategies and policies explored to review, refine, and enhance the quality of feedback we provide to learners.

How the course is assessed: Within the course, participants will work collaboratively to explore policy, implications, and processes of providing feedback to learners. Attendance to the session and completion of the evaluation and reflection is mandatory to complete the course and receive a certificate of attendance.
Prerequisites: This course is suitable for any practitioner who requires support with providing quality feedback.
