Aldar Leadership Academy (ALA) is designed to grow the school leaders of tomorrow. Through identifying our best practitioners, we will seek to support and develop their careers into leadership roles. Bespoke training programme coupled with real school improvement projects, action research and communities of practice will see our capacity to grow our own leaders increase dramatically.
