School Leadership Programme Structure
Successful applicants will join the Leadership Academy at a tier appropriate to their experience and expertise. A ‘graduate’ will achieve recognition and deemed ‘ready’ to take up a role at the appropriate tier point.
The duration of each tier varies from between 6- 18 months depending on the pathway of eligibility.
Where appropriate courses are externally accredited for portability. All our leadership courses are underpinned by the ATA leadership standards.
