Initial Teacher Training

Trainees will follow an apprenticeship style model from the outset of the course and work alongside experienced teaching professionals, gaining ‘on the job’ knowledge and understanding of how schools work. These extended placements will be supported by online and face to face university and training centre workshops, lectures and subject-specialist modules.

Trainees will be allocated to partner schools according to size, phase and subject. School partners will cover a range of style and structures; KG/EYFS, Primary/Elementary, all through schools, US, UK & IB Curricular.
