The Aldar Leadership Academy (ALA) aims to nurture the future school leaders. By identifying our most accomplished educators, we strive to provide them with the necessary support and opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Our tailored training programmes, combined with practical school improvement projects, action research, and communities of practice, are designed to significantly enhance our ability to cultivate our own leaders.

ALA offers a comprehensive four-tiered leadership programme for individuals proficient in both English and Arabic. The breakdown of these tiers is as follows:

Tier 1: Executive Leaders: Executive Leaders are accomplished educators who have already attained senior management positions. This advanced programme equips them with the skills required to lead at the highest levels of educational leadership. Emphasizing system-level thinking, policy development, and advocacy, this tier prepares individuals for executive roles within the education sector.

Tier 2: Senior Leaders: Senior Leaders are experienced educators with a track record of effective leadership.
