This course will focus on the steps to effective lesson planning for teaching and learning. Attendees will participate in a sequence of tasks that will strengthen their knowledge of the UAE Teacher Standards as well as progressing through a structure for effective teaching and learning.
Course objectives
- Explore the structure and steps required to plan a successful lesson.
- Explore a range of resources and materials that can be used to support lesson planning.
- Identify how materials can and should be prepared to ensure lessons are effective.
- How to plan for assessment and activities that promote student engagement and progress
