This course is designed to train school leaders in quality assurance of school systems. The course looks at the current range of UAE and other frameworks which underpin school standards and expectations.

Course objectives

Identify and discuss the different frameworks used by school groups within the UAE.
Review the ethos of supporting school evaluation and the check points needed before, during and after a review visit.
Conducting lesson observations, interviews and giving feedback
How to complete the final review report

How the course is assessed: During the session participants will be asked to complete a range of activities. Full participation in the session is required including completing the feedback form in order to gain the certificate of participation.

Prerequisites: Participants should have leadership experience of school systems.
