NPQML

I had the privilege of working alongside Senior Leaders from across the Aldar group to facilitate and deliver the NPQML programme.

It was great to collaborate with colleagues from across the age ranges and educational contexts. The content covered included;
1) Strategy and Improvements, Teaching and Curriculum Excellence, Leading Impact, Working in Partnership, Managing Resources and Risks and Increasing Capability.

Seeing the growth over time in confidence and capabilities within our aspiring and current middle leaders was wonderful. Growing networks across the group and beyond, to develop our staff continually has been a real strength of the programme. Studying for my NPQH prior to this allowed me to fully support candidates with Impact Projects, research and mentoring.

Candidates feedback throughout the course was very positive and they still collaborate with one another today, sharing good practice and reaching out for support. I believe the face to face days used to unpack learning content from their online modules helped to embed and understand key areas of their growth and learning.
