Meet the Team

During my 14 years in education, I have taken on a variety of roles in the UK and UAE, including leadership responsibilities as an Assistant Head Teacher, Vice Principal (Acting Principal), and Head of Primary. Consequently have led on inspections and accreditations with ADEK, KHDA, COGNIA and AdvancEd. I was awarded the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in 2019, a Fellowship with the Chartered College of Teaching in 2020, and I have just completed my MBA in Educational Leadership with UCL.

I am looking forward to supporting colleagues in their understanding of leadership, coaching and school improvement.
