Meet the Team

Over my 15 years of leadership and teaching in International and Francophone schools, I gained great experience and knowledge in coaching, helping, and developing teachers with different challenging ways and pedagogic methods.

I started as an Arabic teacher, Arabic leader, MOE HOD before carrying the role of Arabic CPD manager & school reviewer at Aldar Education HQ.

In my journey of education, I learned many new things and the most important thing for me as an educator is my passion. I feel classrooms need to be a safe place to experiment; where children can try out new ideas, make mistakes, ask questions and be set challenges. I’ve taught across the curriculum, from early years to year 6. Children start to find out who they are, what subjects they most enjoy and begin to have a sense of who they want to be in the world. I find their enthusiasm and openness inspirational.

In my current position as an Arabic CPD manager & school reviewer, I work with different schools and teachers to work as part of the wider school improvement team to enhance provision in schools and ensure that school curricula is fit for purpose and provides all learners with dynamic and innovative learning opportunities.

The delivery of strong training to MOE teachers will raise the standards of teaching and learning in Aldar Education.
