In collaboration with Best Practice Network, ATA are pleased to offer the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL). This qualification supports the professional development of aspiring and serving senior leaders.
During the course, you will cover the following 6 content areas:

- managing resources and risks
- increasing capability
In addition to the above, you will also cover 7 leadership behaviours:
- commitment
- collaboration
- personal drive
- resilience
- awareness
- integrity
- respect
You will also complete a final assessment that will evaluate the development of your knowledge and understanding against the 6 content areas mentioned above.
Who is suitable?:
Staff should be at least in an Assistant Principal or new Vice Principal. Alternatively, they should be a very experienced Head Of Department of a large department for many years.

How do I register?:
