First of all, I would like to express how happy and proud I am to be part of this distinguished training programme launched by Aldar Training Academy. I would like to thank them for the opportunities they provided us that supported our careers. I also thank the management of Al Rayana Charter School for their support during my implementation of what I learned from the program, and their guidance in a purposeful educational insstuction. I learned a lot in practice by attending training workshops, mentors instructions, as well as my school placement at Al Rayana school. I attended many training workshops, including workshops from Aldar Training Academy and in-school workshops, such as child protection and safeguarding workshop, differentiation, assessment for learning, effective reflection, lesson planning and preparation. I had an opportunity to engage in distance and hybrid learning experience, preparing synchronous and asynchronous lessons, and how to effectively use technology in education. I saw an opportunity in Aldar Training Academy to support my path in education and as a result of their training, I am fully aware of my role and responsibilities as a teacher. I found in Al Rayana School an excellent base for practical experience and refinement of experiences, where I felt fully supported reassured that continuing on the path of teaching was a successful way forward and that this journey deserve efforts. The program exceeded my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for my professional career as a teacher and I am very grateful for what was provided in the teacher training programme. Furthermore, I am grateful for the unlimited support provided to empower all trainees and raise our performance as trainee teachers and prepare us for access to high efficiency in the field of education. In the Teacher Training Programme, we saw eagerness from all trainees to qualify and prepare to be teachers in line with the global level of education in terms of excellence and creativity on the land of the United Arab Emirates.
