This workshop explores the concept of rigor/challenge and its importance in the classroom.
Participants will interact and evaluate various strategies and resources that can be
embedded into the classroom to create opportunities for effective challenge, support
and stretch.

Course objectives

To identify the concept of rigor & challenge and its importance
To experiment and explore a variety of strategies that provide opportunities for rigor & challenge
To adapt and implement strategies to ensure a depth of rigor & challenge in your classroom

Target Audience: Teachers / Leaders

Certification: ATA Certificate of Attendance

How the course is assessed: Attendance to the the 2 hour workshop and completion of the evaluation and feedback form.
