- To gain an understanding of what makes an effective team
- To explore how effective communication can influence team dynamics
- To identify the value of purpose and vision within a team
- To reflect on the strengths and areas for development of your own team
Target Audience: Middle Leaders
Certification: ATA Certificate of Participation
How the course is assessed: Assessments will be assigned based on course activities
Prerequisites: Participants should be current school middle leaders or interested/ready to start their first leadership position
