Using Performance Data Effectively
Posted by : admin | On : June 10, 2021This workshop is based on using data strategically at whole school level and will focus on both internal and external assessments. This workshop will compare external data, i.e. CAT4, Progress Tests (and associated SAS/Stanines) with internal assessment data with participants being encouraged to raise questions about the differences and the validity of such assessments. This will lead into discussions about progress, target setting, and curriculum flight paths for various groups, phases and at whole school level.
Course objectives
- Identify the key ingredients of a positive learning environment.
- Discuss how these ingredients can be embedded into all lessons.
- Reflect on your own practice and implement key strategies that you will use in your lesson.
